  • We do not have systems for RV-4's and do not have them in our plans at this time.

  • We do not have systems with conical engine mounts and do not have them in our plans at this time

  • We only have systems for the engines shown.

These “4 INTO 1” systems provide increased performance and closer EGT temps between cylinders, compared to other systems. 

Backing up the “Aero-PowerTM” name is our assurance that each piece part is inspected to specifications and material certifications.  Further, all welds will be triple inspected, once by the welder, once by the overall part fabricator, and then by a Quality Inspector.  All parts are welded using Argon gas purge welding and each is pressure tested for added safety.

AWI has a Quality Assurance Staff of four, full-time quality professionals, lead by a FAA Designated Airworthiness Representative (DAR).

Aerospace Welding Minneapolis, Inc, has been repairing, overhauling and manufacturing piston engine aircraft exhaust and engine mounts for 13 years.  Thousands of FAA PMA parts have been sold to satisfied customers as well as the repair of over 100,000 exhaust systems.
